Try keeping a Gratitude Journal. Choose a pretty journal and a pen you love—part of the experience of keeping a Gratitude Journal is making it aesthetically pleasing. Try writing at the same time every day—just as you awaken or before retiring are both good choices. Writing even two sentences per day, over a long period of time, will increase the Gratitude you feel, and thus increase your Joy!
